Gitté Venderby is a private chef whose passion for inventive food preparation dates back to her childhood in Denmark. Her culinary memories start at age 10 when she began assisting her mother in preparing and hosting elaborate dinner parties.
Her life’s journey has taken her across five continents, where she immersed herself in diverse cultures and traditions, embracing local cuisines and distinctive flavors.
Today she’s focused on creating unique experiences for local clientele in Lake Oswego where’s she’s based, as well as throughout the nearby Oregon wine country, taking advantage of the fresh local products of the region.
